Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SubDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

SubDeck is a mobile application that helps you track and manage your recurring subscriptions. The app allows you to:

• Add and track subscriptions
• View monthly and yearly spending totals
• Receive renewal reminders (with SubDeck Pro)
• Customize the app with themes (with SubDeck Pro)
• Add custom subscriptions (with SubDeck Pro)

Use of the App

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SubDeck for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate subscription information
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
• Not use the app to track subscriptions for commercial or business purposes beyond personal use

SubDeck Pro Subscription

Subscription Terms

• SubDeck offers an optional Pro subscription with additional features
• Subscriptions are available monthly ($2.99/month) or yearly ($29.00/year)
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

Free Trial

We may offer a free trial of SubDeck Pro. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple according to their refund policy. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SubDeck is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The app will meet your requirements
• The app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The accuracy of subscription pricing information for pre-built services
• Any defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubDeck and its developers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for SubDeck Pro (if applicable)

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SubDeck (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons) are owned by SubDeck and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

The Lucide icons used in the app are licensed under the ISC License.

Pre-built service names and pricing are provided for convenience only. We do not claim ownership of any third-party brand names or trademarks.

User Data

You retain all rights to the subscription data you enter into SubDeck. We do not claim ownership of your data. Your data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through:

• In-app notifications
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Email (if we have your contact information)

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SubDeck at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Any reason, with or without notice

Upon termination, you must stop using the app and delete it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability

Entire Agreement
